Cali Trip (Part 3)

Universal Studios with Jim's brother Scott, his girlfriend Bre and Jim's Sister April. We just happened to score free tickets from some friends. So we shared the love with family. :)

We rode the Jurassic Park Ride, which was a blast but not so much for Kallie. :) The drop at the end was pretty intense... So Fun!

Brooklyn, Scott and Bre.

This was the set of Waterworld the show. It was by far the best show to see!!

Kallie and I.

Jim, April and Blake.

Aww. Finally a family picture.

Thats a wrap. It is always fun to visit California! Till next time...

Homework... Priceless

A first grade girl handed in the drawing below for a homework assignment...

After it was graded and the child brought it home, she returned to school the next day with the following note:

Dear Ms. Davis,
I want to be very clear on my child's illustration. It is NOT of me on a dance pole on a stage in a strip joint.

I work at Home Depot and had commented to my daughter how much money we made in the recent snowstorm. This drawing is of me selling a shovel.

Mrs. Harrington

LOL. I just had to share. My sister Missy emailed this to me. CLASSIC!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Just went to see the movie "Valentine's Day" last night with some girls. It is a must-see movie. So funny. It really had something for everyone. Very well done.

Hope you and your loved ones have a Great Day.

Mason Jar Heaven!!

I don't know about you guys, but I LOVE Old Mason Jars. As of lately, as in end of last year. I have either been given some by my Mom (who new) and purchased some of the coolest ones I ever seen. :)

Anyway, I was looking at this Design Blog. (Longer then I probably should, I just can't help myself.) and found this super cool. DIY Mason Jar Soap Dispenser.

I know, Right?? So cool. I am totally going to make one. Take a look...

Everything you will need to make one.

Little "Dude"

Blake is such a GOOD little boy. There is no other word for this kid. He is truly genuinely GOOD natured.

He is what makes me think, "Oh I can handle another nasty pregnancy". No problem. Sickness and all, and No I am not pregnant. :)

He just makes me think that the whole ordeal of pregnancy (aka getting fat), ferocious varicose veins and being so so so SICK... is all worth it in the end!!

He just makes me smile and puts it all into perspective!!
