Here is my little take on Fashion Friday...

I just recently purchased these bad boys for my bday and love, love, love them. Highly recommend them to anyone. I normally don't like Gap jeans and have never found a cute pair that has fit perfect. Well these new and improved Gap jeans have my vote this year. :)

Sun Valley Idaho

What I believe to be one of the most beautiful places on earth! Or as my dad would say, "That's God's Country Up There".

I know now why so many celebrities call it home. Truly a remarkable place. If you ever get a chance, GO!

Our friends Scott and Taryn Myatt invited us to go spend a couple days up there. We are so glad we did. Not only did we discover something so amazingly beautiful, we also had a blast. We hiked, went mountain biking, ate smores, swam in the hot tub, and just had the ultimate get away from everyday life vacation. So Fun! We now LOVE Sun Valley.

One of our many bike rides down the hill from the cabin. Then someone would come pick us up in the car so we didn't have to ride back up hill. It was about a mile down. :) We were on vacation! Smile


That night it rained and when we woke up to freezing cold temperatures, there was snow on top of the mountains, in August! CRAZY. But hey, Beautiful.

We signed Brooklyn up for league soccer this year. This is her first year/game. Finally one of our kids wants to participate in sports. Kallie (almost 7) wants nothing to do with soccer, or anything to do with sweating for that matter.(which is fine) Just don't ask me where she gets that from. :) Anyone who knows me, knows I live to work out and be active.

So you can imagine my excitement when Brooklyn showed a lot of interest in playing soccer this fall. So we signed her up right away.

I just can't help feel joy when one of our girls wants to play sports. I love it. Love sports, Love to be the cheerleader on the sideline, Love the workout, Love, love, love it. Smile.

Kallie the 1st grader!

My little girl is growing up! She is now going to school full time from 8:45am to 4:00pm. So long, right? With riding the bus it takes that long to get home.

She was a little timid/reserved at first. But she made it through those doors safely. Shheewww.

I don't know why I worry about her. Maybe cuz I remember having those same exact shy feelings every time I went to school or moved to a new place.

But, as time goes by I know she will warm up to the other kids.

Intel Work Party!!

Our good friends Carl and Annette Farley invited us to their work party. It was so fun. There were carnival games, GoodWood BBQ, snow cones, and of course blue cotton candy. :)
